Researchers – 300 € (Early registration fee) / 350 € (Late registration fee)
Professionals – 330 € (Early registration fee) / 380 € (Late registration fee)
Students PhD & Master – 200 € (Early registration fee) / 240 € (Late registration fee)
A limited number of places is reserved (free of charge) for Researchers, Lecturers, PhD, Master and Undergraduate Students from the Academy of Fine Arts. Please book your place by contacting the Organisational Committee using the e-mail: globalfashionconference@gmail.com
Universities which want to register more than five participants – researchers, PhDs and Master Students – may be offered a reduced fee. Please contact the Organisational Committee using the Gmail of the conference.
The registration fee pays for documentation (Paper or PDF format) and technical support online in English. It also includes training sessions in the previous weeks to all Authors registered so that any technical issues may be sorted out in advance.
IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THE REDUCED RATE GIVEN TO PhD and MsC STUDENTS THE APPLICANTS MAY BE ASKED TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE THAT THEY ARE ENROLLED ON THOSE COURSES

REFUND POLICY
Delegates who register with the early fee will be refunded in 50% if by health or security reasons duly confirmed they are unable to participate online or live and inform the organisation until the 15th of September 2020.
Delegates who register with the late fee rate will be refunded in 25% if by health or security reasons they are unable to participate online or live and inform the organisation until the 15th of September.
The participants are fully registered only once the payment of the congress has been received by Bank transfer or Paypal.
