Researchers – 250 € (Early registration fee) / 350 € (Late registration fee)
Professionals – 300 € (Early registration fee) / 380 € (Late registration fee)
Students PhD & Master – 200 € (Early registration fee) / 240 € (Late registration fee)
Universities which want to register more than five participants – researchers, PhDs and Master Students – may be offered a reduced fee. Please contact the Organisational Committee using the Gmail of the conference.
The registration fee pays for documentation (Paper or PDF format) and technical support online in English. It also includes training sessions in the previous weeks to all Authors registered so that any technical issues may be sorted out in advance.
EARLY FEE: FROM 31st of MARCH TO 31st of JULY
LATE FEE: FROM 1st of AUGUST TO 30th of SEPTEMBER
For in person events like the Gala Dinner on the 10th of October or industrial or cultural visits an additional cost may be required. More information forthcoming.
IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THE REDUCED RATE GIVEN TO PhD and MsC STUDENTS THE APPLICANTS MAY BE ASKED TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE THAT THEY ARE ENROLLED ON THOSE COURSES.
ALL RESEARCHERS, MsC and MA STUDENTS who are not presenting, but are affiliated with the UNIVERSITIES from SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE members are entitled to a special discount rate fee. If you are interested, please contact the organisation at: globalfashionconference@gmail.com

FOR ORGANISATIONAL REASONS NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.
REFUND POLICY
Delegates who register with the early fee will be refunded in 50% if by health or security reasons duly confirmed they are unable to participate online and inform the organisation until the 15th of October 2023.
Delegates who register with the late fee rate will be refunded in 25% if by health or security reasons duly confirmed they are unable to participate online and inform the organisation until the 15th of October 2023.
The participants are fully registered only once the payment of the congress has been received by Bank transfer or Paypal.
No Refund will be made if an event of force majeure occurs which makes it impossible for the Organisation to fulfill its contractual obligations in full, being forced to cancel the Conference.
